The below information should help you to navigate your online members’ area and update your membership as needed. If you’re still not sure, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on [email protected]

How do I log in to the members’ area?

If you have not logged in to the new UKI NETS’ members’ area before (launched 3 October 2023), please follow the link in the email sent to you by UKI NETS to set up your login (or contact [email protected] if you can’t find this).

If you have set up your login already, please visit https://members.ukinets.org/ and log in with your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘I forgot my password’ link on the login page.

 

How do I change my email preferences?

As a UKI NETS member, you will always receive essential emails relating to your membership (e.g. renewal notices, AGM and election information). You can also receive further useful information from UKI NETS about our activities and resources, events and information from our sponsors. You can control which of these you receive.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner (or menu icon and then name on mobile)
  • Select ‘Settings’ (and then cogs icon on mobile)
  • Under ‘Emails’ select ‘Email Settings’
  • Tick/untick the email options

How do I change what displays to other members?

Your name will display to other members in the Members Address Book. You can control whether your email, location, phone number and job title also display on your profile for networking purposes.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner (or menu icon and then name on mobile)
  • Select ‘Settings’ (and then cogs icon on mobile)
  • Select ‘Privacy’
  • Tick to hide information from your profile

How do I renew my membership?

We will send you an email regarding your membership renewal in October each year. This will include a link to renew by card or information about when your direct debit payment will be taken. If you pay by card, you can renew via the members’ area:

  • Click on your name in the top right corner (or menu icon and then name on mobile)
  • Select ‘Settings’ (and then cogs icon on mobile)
  • Select ‘Membership’
  • If your payment is due, you will be able to click to renew

How do I update my email address, address or phone number?

You can now update your details yourself without needing to contact UKI NETS:

  • Click on your name in the top right corner (or menu icon and then name on mobile)
  • Select ‘My Profile’
  • Click on the pen icon ‘Edit’
  • Update your details and click ‘Save’ at the top

How do I change my membership category or career stage?

Please ensure that you let us know if your circumstances change and you need to change membership category or career stage. Please email us at [email protected] and we will update your record and ensure your payment is correct at renewal.

How can I contact other members of the Society?

We’ve introduced a members-only address book, allowing you to connect with other Society members.

  • Click on ‘Members’ at the top of the page
  • Click on ‘Address book’
  • Search for other members. You can search through name, location, and place of work (note some members may have chosen to hide details from their profile)

How do I activate my free ENETS membership?

As a member of a UKI NETS, you are entitled to free membership of European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (ENETS) if you have selected that membership option.

Activating your ENETS membership is very simple and will only take a few minutes of your time. To start the process, please visit the Membership page of the ENETS website. Fill in your personal details making sure that you tick the box at the end of the form “I am already a member of UKI NETS”. This will enable you to enter your UKINETS membership number (visible on your UKI NETS profile) and register without submitting payment.

You can upload your UKINETS membership welcome email as proof of your UKINETS membership. If you require any other assistance with this process then please contact [email protected].
