Abstracts
Abstract Submission has now closed.

During the UKI NETS annual conference all accepted abstracts will be judged in either the Oral Communication category or the Poster category. One Oral Communication and three Posters will be selected as prize winners, with the Oral Communication awarded £250, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Posters awarded £200, £150 and £100 respectively.
The winner of the best clinical poster will also be entitled to publish their case for free in the open-access resource EDM Case Reports*, which publishes insightful case reports in all areas of clinical endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism (standard publication charge £499).
*The winning case report will be subject to peer review, therefore ultimate publication cannot be guaranteed.
Delegate Documents
Registration confirmation and joining instructions will be sent to all participants in written form via email after receipt of registration.
Online Payment
All payments for the meeting must be made in GBP. Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional meeting organiser for the UKI NETS 2018 Meeting.
Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.
The preferred payment method for the conference is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the on-line form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from WorldPay if the payment is processed successfully.
It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email, failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay entry to the conference.
Cancellation of Registration / Refund Requests
All cancellations of registration or refund requests must be made in writing to Bioscientifica Ltd.
Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted on or before 29 October 2018 – cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of £15.
For cancellations or refund requests made after on or before 29 October 2018 (for any reason including ill health) we regret that no refunds can be made or authorised.
Please send your confirmation and receipt with the written cancellation. Refunds will be processed after the UKI NETS 2018 Meeting has taken place.
Bioscientifica Ltd recommends that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. Bioscientifica Ltd takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.
Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to the third parties and property. All delegates shall have valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.
