NET focus in UKINETS’ official journal

Endocrine-Related Cancer is the official journal of UKINETS. Neuroendocrine tumours is a topic of focus in the journal throughout 2019.

There are two members of the journal’s Editorial Board representing readers and authors in this area:

Wouter de Herder is an Associate Editor and Professor of Endocrine Oncology at Erasmus MC in The Netherlands.

Lois Mulligan is an Advisory Editor and Professor at the Cancer Research Institute at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Read this interview from Lois Mulligan where she discusses how her education and career led to her interest in NET research and her role on the Editorial Board of Endocrine-Related Cancer.

One of the most exciting aspects of what I do is creating knowledge. What other career lets you do that?!  I think it is exciting to ask a question that no one has asked before and then find an answer.”
