UKI NETS 2023 – Abstracts and Cases

Are you an Early Career Trainee who wants to show the every day challenges you face in clinic relevant to patient care?

 

Do you want the chance to present as part of the NET MDT Session at the Annual 2023 UKI NETS Conference, with a full panel debate from fielded experts and audience Q&A?

 

We are encouraging all Early Career Trainees to submit a case, please see information on both abstract and case submissions below.

 

Abstracts 

Deadline for submission: Sunday 24th September (23:59 BST)

Abstracts from the annual UKI NETS Conference are published within Endocrine Abstracts a fully citable, online collection of all the abstracts presented at the Conference

Abstracts will be presented as either Oral Communications or as printed Posters. Posters will be available to view in person throughout the Conference. They will not be available post-event.

Authors will be informed if their paper has been accepted mid-October.

Call for Cases

Deadline for submission: Sunday 24th September (23:59 BST)

Submission requirements:

  • PowerPoint format of an interesting case (5 slides initially, and then can expand if accepted for presentation)
  • Submitted by email to [email protected] on or before the 24th September

Only upon acceptance for final presentations:

  • For the final presentation, please present your case, including break slides, with discussion points/questions (with different treatment option answers provided) throughout the presentation (not just at the end), to engage in dialogue with the panel and audience
  • Final selected presenters will be required to join a virtual meeting in November with the panel to discuss the structure of your session

Case submitters will be informed if their paper has been accepted mid-October.
